Here’s a film I’m looking forward to.

From Oscar-wining director Alex Gibney and producer Graydon Carter comes a probing look into the uncanny life of national treasure and gonzo journalism inventor Dr. Hunter S. Thompson.

Johnny Depp is narrating it, which is nice.

I was looking forward to The Rum Diary more (based on an HST novel, if you don’t know), but it’s not looking particularly likely that it will ever happen now; the original start date was 2004, now it’s 2008 and they still haven’t started it. And there’s still only one cast member listed: Johnny Depp as Paul Kemp, which he is too old for.
